Zorrilla Abogados is a firm based in Monterrey Nuevo León, Mexico, also having offices in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Reynosa. Our main objective is to represent our international clients, companies and individuals, who reside in Texas and anywhere in the United States of America, who have legal issues to attend to in the country of Mexico, who need procedures before a federal, state or municipal authority. and want to do business in Mexico. In this sense, we manage the soft landing, thanks to the experience of the members of Zorrilla Abogados having been part of the Secretary of Economic Development, at the Federal and State level, as well as COPARMEX and CONCAMIN. We help our clients navigate a wide range of legal issues in the increasingly integrated Mexican North American market.

The firm’s lawyers have graduate degrees from Mexican and American universities, which contributes to their experience, development and international perspective. All of our associates are fluent in English and Spanish, which is critical to the firm’s ability to serve its clients efficiently.
Lawyer Miguel Emiliano Zorrilla Berrones, owner and president of the firm, has a Master’s Degree in Amparo Law and Criminal Matters, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in progress, from the University of Seattle, Washington.
The integrated nature of Zorrilla Abogados’ practice means that lawyers often meet with clients and provide legal services in other offices of the firm, in the various offices in Mexico. The firm’s multiple offices also allow lawyers to work directly with other lawyers in the firm without the need to hire a local lawyer.
